輸送の手配・実施、システムの運用、メールの送受信などのため、運送会社、船会社、通関業者、サーバー・通信の事業者などの業務委託先に、業務に必要な範囲で個人情報の取扱いを委託することがあります。この場合、当社は委託先に対して必要かつ適切な監督を行います。
海上輸送では、仕向地の荷受人・代理店・船会社など外国にある事業者へ、輸送に必要な範囲で情報を提供することがあります。この場合は、個人情報保護法に従い、あらかじめご本人の同意を得るなど必要な措置を講じます。
個人を特定できない形に加工した統計情報は、第三者に提供することがあります。

6. 開示等のご請求

Our web server records access logs, such as access time, IP address, pages viewed, browser type and referrer, and uses them for operation and security and for the purposes in section 3 (analyzing use, improving our services, providing information, etc.). Access logs are kept for one year and then deleted. Summaries made from the access logs are kept without a fixed period.
