About card payments
Individual customers can pay vehicle transport fees by credit card. Payment is made on the page of Stripe, a payment company used by millions of businesses worldwide.
We do not receive your card information

JGLOGI (our company)
We receive only a notice that payment is complete (the amount and the date and time). We do not obtain or store any card information.
You enter your card number, expiry date, and security code directly on the Stripe page, where they are encrypted and sent to Stripe. They do not pass through our server or email, so we cannot view or store your card number or use it for any other purpose.
All we receive is a notice that payment is complete (the amount and the date and time). Your card information never reaches our website, our business systems or our email, and we do not obtain or store it. The card type and the last four digits that Stripe shows on its screen for matching refunds and similar cases are kept by Stripe, and we do not copy or keep them.

- Six cards are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club, and Discover. You can also use Apple Pay on the Stripe page in Safari on an Apple Pay-compatible iPhone or Mac.
- Identity verification
- You may see a card issuer identity verification screen (3D Secure) when paying. The card issuer uses it to verify that you are the cardholder. This has been mandatory for online card payments in Japan since March 2025.

Important points
We will never ask for your card number or card issuer password by phone or email. If you receive such a request, do not respond; please let us know.
The page where you enter card details is a Stripe page whose address begins with buy.stripe.com. Do not enter card details on a page with any other address. Also check that the seller name shown on the page includes “JGLOGI”. If the name is different, do not enter anything and let us know.
Your card statement will show “JGLOGI”.
If you cancel your application and receive a refund, we will refund the card used for payment through Stripe. See the Notice under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions for the cancellation conditions.
You can also pay by bank transfer instead of card.
