Entry into export yards

We deliver vehicles awaiting export to export yards at ports, also known as Otsunaka yards, where vehicles are kept before shipping. We coordinate the delivery date and time with the shipping schedule and report to you once the vehicle has entered the yard. The main destination ports are Yokohama, Kobe, Nagoya, Osaka, Hakata and Tomakomai; please contact us about other ports.

We transport cars bought at auction to export yards or other specified locations, from one vehicle. We offer both car carrier and driven delivery, and can transport everything from passenger cars to large vehicles, including non-running and accident-damaged vehicles.

Car carrier transport

We load multiple vehicles together onto a car carrier to reduce the transport cost per vehicle.

Delivery to port yards

We deliver to export yards at ports such as Yokohama, Kobe, Nagoya and Osaka, coordinating delivery with the shipping schedule.

Combined pickups from multiple auction venues

We collect vehicles from several auction venues in the same area on the same day in one pickup round, reducing travel distance and cost.

Direct delivery to shops and warehouses

We also deliver directly to shops, parking lots and warehouses. We transport used vehicles for sale within Japan too.

Transport insurance

We take out transport insurance for vehicles we carry. However, depending on the vehicle value, an additional insurance premium may be required. Please confirm whether this applies and the amount when requesting a quote. For high-value vehicles, please also tell us the vehicle value.

How long does pickup take?
The schedule varies by venue, number of vehicles, time of year and destination. We will tell you when providing a quote. Please consult us if your request is urgent.
When is payment due?
Payment is in advance by bank transfer before we arrange each request. We arrange transport after confirming payment. For customers with ongoing transactions and a high volume of requests, we may, after consultation, switch to payment by the 10th of the following month for invoices closed at month-end.
